So what happened to your channel? Use-ta have races between the 60s, early 70s cars, a few yrs back. Did you do all the cars that were available? Did the interest die, because the ones who lived it are greying, balding, or dying? Or did you just get bored with it all? Even tho I enjoyed the old format, I wouldn't blame you for bailing out. All good things usually come to an end. Many thanks for the effort you put into it, back then. The new stuff doesn't excite me, like the old. (But hey, that's just me)

More cam and compression in the 400. Great torque from the 455 out of the hole but I’d say in a lesser state of tune. Pretty sure you can go up one point in compression which would help the 455 lots but doubt that’s the case

Did corvette in this era make optional side pipes where the individual header tubes were "woven" around eachother part of the way out the side before coming into the collector tubes? My dad had one and I'm trying to figure out if they were stock or aftermarket

Remember that 4.10 axle in the Scrambler was optional. Standard rear gear was a 3.54. Dealer installed the 4.10 and 5.00 rear gears.

And it did not have power breaks. And it came with a 4 speed, so you had no loss in an automatic transformation. And that was actually more than 400 horsepower when they did an actual test on that 6 barrel 440. And yes, those cars ran in the 12. Ronnie socks took one and ran it in the twelves. The GT500 launches are weak. They need a retune to launch any decent. Once their launch is fixed, the 500 runs 10.7@133mph stock, juat fizing the bog at launch.

The new GT500's bog down a lot if you launch it and not really fair without slicks vs awd M5 comp. In a roll run taking awd out of it the GT500 runs away.
